Ingredients
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 2 tomato slices cut 1 inch thick
- 2 slices goat cheese, cut 1/2 inch thick
- herb oil
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 3 torn fresh sage leaves
- 1 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbs chopped fresh oregano
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
-preheat grill to medium-high
-toss panko, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip tomato and cheese slices in herb oil. Dredge both sides of goat cheese slices in panko; arrange on top of tomatoes. Transfer tomatoes to grill over direct heat. Cover and grill until crumbs are golden, about 5 minutes. Top with herb oil
