Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1 store bought rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 12 flour tortillas ( soft taco size)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine chicken with the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Add the cheese and toss to combine.
Lay 6 tortillas on cookie sheets, evenly divide the chicken mixture on top of each shell, and place the other 6 shells on top of those.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 6-8 minutes until cheese melts. Cut into 1/4 and enjoy with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and carrots and celery.
