Zesty Sea Shells

Ingredients

  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled, or 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped, about 1 cup
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz Sea shells, cooked and drained

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, stir all ingredients except pasta. Stir in hot pasta and toss well. Serve immediately.
