Mocha Russian

Ingredients

• 1/4 c light brown sugar
• 2 T espresso powder
• 1 T cocoa powder
• 2 c milk
• 1/2 c heavy cream
• 1/4 c vodka
• Whipped cream and more espresso powder for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In a pot, combine the sugar, espresso powder and cocoa powder. Whisk in milk, heavy cream and vodka; heat until almost boiling. Serve with whipped cream and a dash of espresso powder.
