Mexican Wedding Cookies

Makes approx 3 dozen 1 inch balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter with powdered sugar.
Work in flour, nuts and vanilla
Shape into small balls and bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes
When cool, roll in powder sugar
