Chicken in White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless chicken breast
  • 6 oz swiss cheese sliced
  • 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup herb flavored stuffing mix crushed
  • 4 Tbp butter melted
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Tenderize the chicken breast and place them into a shallow greased casserole. Layer the cheese on top of the breast and add the salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the soup and wine and pour over the cheese. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 1.5 hours.
