Ingredients
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (any kind)
- 3 T reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb. broccoli florets, roughly chopped and microwaved for about 1 minute or until slightly tender; cool
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients and 1/3 cup water in a bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients.
