Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 stick pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 8 oz grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • basil, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out dough into a 12-14 inch circle; top with pepperoni; sprinkle with cheese; dust liberally with basil, pepper and garlic. Roll into a crescent shape; seal the ends under; brush with egg; sprinkle with pepper. Bake on sheet tray at 350 for 30 minutes.

Chopped ham and Swiss
Broccoli (cooked, cooled and drained) and cheddar
