Chili with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups canned chili-style stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 t ground cumin
  • 2 cups cooked spiral-shaped pasta

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook turkey over medium heat, stirring frequently, until browned. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in tomatoes and cumin; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pasta; cook 5 minutes longer.
