ROLLOUT COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • FROSTING
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Sift flour and salt. Add to butter mixture. Refrigerate. Roll and cut out cookies. Bake 20-25 minutes. Frost.
