Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbs. butter or margarine
- 2 tbs. bourbon
- 1 tbs. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 pepper
- 4 one inch thick rib pork chops, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice from both halves into a small saucepan; add lemon halves. Add soy sauce and next 6 ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Reserve half of sauce.
Brush sauce evenly over both sides of pork chops. Grill covered with grill lid, over medium high heat (350 to 400 degrees) for 8 minutes on each side or until done, basting often with sauce. Serve chops with reserved sauce. Yield 4 servings.
