Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TBS lime zest
- 5 TBS fresh lime juice
- 6 TBS mayonnaise
- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garlic, zest, juice, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Mix green cabbage, cilantro, and scallions.
3. Pour dressing over.
4. Serve with fish tacos, or other Mexican foods.
Makes 4 servings. 4 Weight Watchers points per serving.
