Polenta with Gorgonzola

  • 1 18 ounce tube of polenta
  • crumbled gorgonzola
  • chopped walnuts
  • snipped chives

Preparation

Step 1

Slice one 18-ounce tube polenta 1/2 inch thick; cut each round in half. Bake at 400 degrees F until warmed through, about 7 minutes. Top with crumbled gorgonzola and chopped walnuts; bake until lightly browned, 3 minutes. Top with chives.
