Autumn Apple salad with creamy maple dressing (Melanie from Tec group)

This is a very tasty salad. The dressing is quite sweet so I don't add all of it and don't add it until right before serving or the lettuce gets soggy.

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 5 ounces mixed baby greens
• 2 Borton and Sons Gala or Red Delicious apples, cored and cut into cubes
• 1/2 c. dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped walnut, toasted in microwave til crispy
• 1/2 c. canola oil
• 1/4 c. maple syrup
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise
• 2 T. white wine vinegar
• 2 tsp.sugar
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In salad bowl put all of the ingredients.
Prepare dressing and add it right before serving.
Toss.
