Ingredients
- 4 strips of bacon
- 4 lbs yams, peeled and cut into 3/4 in cubes
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon until very crisp in large skillet. Remove and drain on paper towel.
2. Add yams to skillet and cook for 10 min until nicely browned. Cover and cook for ten min more or until cooked through.
3. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Transfer to serving dish and crumble bacon on top.
