Ingredients
- 2 (10 Oz) packages of frozen broccoli spears or the same amount of fresh
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of May
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar
- 2 Tbsp minced onion or dehydrated onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli per package instructions, or if using fresh cook to your preference, I like mine crunchy so I put it in a large bowl of water and microwave it until is is Ala dent.
Drain the broccoli and mix all the other ingredients. Turn into a buttered 2 quart baking dish Top with cracker crumbs and dt with butter
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
