Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Lightly oil grill rack and preheat grill for medium-high heat.

2. Dip chicken in lemon juice and sprinkle with the onion powder, pepper, seasoning salt, and parsley. Discard any remaining lemon juice mixture.

3. Grill chicken 10-15 minutes per side or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
