Ingredients
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. grated gingerroot
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 15 Belgian endive leaves
- 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 2 tbsp. onions for later use. Combine remaining onions with chicken, dressing, ginger and zest.
Spoon about 1 tbsp. chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with reserved onions.
