Blueberry Kuchen

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • dash cinnamon
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • confectioners sugar
  • 9 inch cake pan or tart pan
  • Preheat oven to 400

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 cup flour, salt and 2 tbsp sugar work in butter mix in vinegar. Spread crust on bottom of pan about 1/4 inch and 1 inch up sides.
Mix 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon, and 2 cups blueberries, pour mixture into crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven, put remaining blueberries on the top, let cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
