Ingredients

  • 1 LB GROUND BEEF
  • 1/4 LB GROUND PORK & GROUND VEAL
  • 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 EGG BEATEN
  • 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP OF GARLIC SALT, DRY MUSTARD, PEPPER
  • 1/4 TSP SAGE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL TOGETHER.
GREASE PAN. PUT IN CUBED POTATOES.
ON RACK OVER POTATOES PUT MEAT LOAF.
BAKE 350 DEGREE FOR ABOUT 1 HR ++
INTERNAL TEMP OF 160 DEGREES.
