- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1/4 LB GROUND PORK & GROUND VEAL
- 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 EGG BEATEN
- 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP OF GARLIC SALT, DRY MUSTARD, PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP SAGE

Step 1
MIX ALL TOGETHER.
GREASE PAN. PUT IN CUBED POTATOES.
ON RACK OVER POTATOES PUT MEAT LOAF.
BAKE 350 DEGREE FOR ABOUT 1 HR ++
INTERNAL TEMP OF 160 DEGREES.
