Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. flounder, thawed
- 1 t. melted butter
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. dijon mustard
- 2 T. chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Place flounder in buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, spread evenly over fish. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
