These White Christmas Cookies look just like little snowballs and are a great treat for the holidays.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups all purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 12 tablespoons corn starch
- 2/3 cups white chocolate chip
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Sift all purpose flour and corn starch together.
In a bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well. Then add lemon juice and milk. Mix well.
Add flour and corn starch mixture and mix well. Then add white chocolate chip and mix well. Form about 1 inch in diameter ball and place them on the parchment paper.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
