Tortellini Kabobs with Pesto Ranch Dip

I have yet to try this. It looks interesting and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag (16 oz.) frozen tortellini
  • 1 1/4 C ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook tortellini.
2. Combine salad dressing, garlic and basil leaves in a bowl. Serve dip chilled.
