Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 6 oz each)
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 2 Tbbs minced fresh parsley
- 2 TBS Dijon mustart
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary chrshed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle pork chops with lemon juice. Combine the parsley, mustard garlic lemmon peel, rosemary salt, brush over both sides of chops. Place pork on grease broil pan. Broil 3-4 inchs from the heat for 4-6 mins on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges
