Ingredients
- 20 frozen potstickers
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet potsticker dipping sauce
- 2 TBS cornstarch
- 4 cups frozen mixes vegetables
- 1 TBS fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix dipping sauce with cornstarch in a small bowl; set aside.
2) In a lrg saucepan combine broth and water. Bring to a boil. Add potstickers, return to a boil. Cook for 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
3) Add frozen vegetables, ginger and green onions. Cook for 4 mins. Add cornstarch mixture; reduce heat and simmer 2 mins.
4) Season with salt and pepper.
