Ingredients
- 6 cans of cut green beans
- 1 Tabls. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 1 lb. bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Empty completely drained green beans into a large pot. Add oil. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Make sure you stir every few minutes. You are essentially stir frying the beans. While the beans are cooking cut uncooked bacon into small pieces. Place in a skillet add onions. Cook until bacon is ready. Add to cooked beans .
*optional 2 Tbls. butter 2 Tbls. brown sugar
