Swedish Cream

Cream for fresh berry dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 8 ozs. whipping cream
  • 1 pack knox gelatin unflavored
  • 16 ozs. sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sugar, whipping cream and gelatin until dissolved.

Add sour cream and vanilla.

Refrigerate.

Whip when ready to serve.

Add to strawberries, raspberries or blue berries.
