Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 16 oz. spicy sausage
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 32-oz. boxes of chicken broth
- 2 heads of cauliflower, trimmed
- 1 c. half-and-half
- grated Cheddar
- slice green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the sausage until crumbly. Remove sausage from pan. Add oil to the drippings. Stir in flour and cook until light brown. Stir in broth. Add cauliflower and simmer until tender.
Puree.
Stir in half-and-half and the sausage. Serve topped with chopped green onions and grated Cheddar cheese.
