RASPBERRY MAGIC COOKIE BARS

Ingredients

  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine
  • 1 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 c seedless red raspberry preserves
  • 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine crumbs and sugar--add butter and press in to 9x13 pan

evenly drizzle condensed milk over crumb crust--refrigerate for 10 minutes.

spoon preserves over the top, then sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until light brown.

cool completely before cutting in to bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
