Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, crumbled
- 1 med onion cut into halves lengthwise and sliced
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 to 2 tsp curry
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1 8 oz can pineapple chunks
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef and onion, drain. Add next four ingredients in small bowl, mixing well, sprinkle over meat; stir. Add pineapple, and continue cooking for 5 - 10 minutes, add rice and serve.
