PIEROGI SKILLET DINNER

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP OIL
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION , COARSELY CHOPPED
  • 1 LB KIELBASA , CUT DIAGONALLY , 12 INCH SLICES
  • 1 - 12 OZ BOX FROZEN MINI PIEROGIES (any flavor)
  • 2 CUPS (9 OZ) FROZEN GREEN PEAS

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT OIL IN A LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD ONION , SAUTE 2 MINUTES UNTIL TRANSPARENT. ADD KIELBASA AND PIEROGIS, SAUTE 3 MINUTES UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED. ADD PEAS, COOK 3 MINUTES LONGER UNTIL HOT.
