Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 stick margarine, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Cut softened margarine into dry cake mix to make crumbly mixture.

Place rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Combine sugar and jello mix together and sprinkle over rhubarb. Pour warm water over rhubarb.

Sprinkle crumbly mixture over top of rhubarb and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with whipped topping.
