Ingredients
- 2 pounds red or Yukon Gold potatoes diced into 1 inch cubes (6 cups)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Toss together the potatoes, butter, cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 45 minutes or until
