Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Carrots, sliced in rounds
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook carrots till just tender
2. Mix together tomato soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire,
salt and pepper until all ingredients are well blended
3. Pour marinade over carrots and onions
4. Refrigerate 24 hours
