Chocolate Iceing for German Choc-cake

This icing is made for German Choc. cake

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of Carnation milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup of butter - 1 stick

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the above and heat over medium heart until it thickens.



Add to that :

1 can of angel flake coconut
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well and cool - then frost the
cake
