Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce can Place N' Bake refrigerator crescent rounds
- 1 package 3 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper
- 1/2 cup Smucker's Red Raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 ounce shaved cooked roast beef from the deli
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 375. Remove the rounds from the package, but do not separate them. Using a serrated knife, cut into 16 rounds. Carefully separate them. Place 1 round in the bottom of a ungreased regular size cupcake pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately press the back of the rounded teaspoon in the center of each round to make a indentation. remove from the tins. Cool 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in a small bowl., mix cream cheese and lemon pepper. In another bowl mix preserves, horseradish and mustard.
Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese onto each round
; top with 1/2 teaspoon preserve mixture. divide beef evenly among all the rounds.Top each one with a rounded teaspoon of preserve mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
