Quick and Easy Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of white bread coarsly torn
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage cooked or 1 lb. of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
Lightly grease 13 x 9 baking pan or casserole dish.
Place bread in the bottom pan and sprinke w/ sausage(or bacon) and the cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper in med. bowl.
Pour over bread mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
