Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c butter room temp
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c blueberries fresh or frozen

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl combine dry ingredients.

2. In a medium bowl, beat butter, sugar eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients with milk, fold in blueberries.

3. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 25-30min or until a tooth pick comes out clean
