Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz marscapone cheese, softened
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 cloce garlic, minced
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 6 oz package of spinach, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingreients in a bowl and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 25 mins or until bubbly and hot.

Serve with crostini, grilled bread, or crackers
