Cheese Cake Betty Kazor

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ricotta
  • 1 lb sour cream
  • 5 tbs corn starch
  • 2 large cream cheese
  • 2 teas. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cuos sugar
  • 5 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese, add sour cream and ricotta.
Mix slowly
Add eggs one at a time.
Ad sugar, vanilla, and corn starch.
Beat until smooth.


Bake 375 degrees for 1 hr.
Turn oven off and leave i n oven for 1 hr.

Grease and flour pan.
