Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 (16-ounce) container of sour cream
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 cups grated cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix soup, sour cream, onions, and 1 cup of cheddar.
2. Mix in potatoes (frozen).
3. Place on sprayed baking dish.
4. Top with remaining cheese and a few green onion tops.
5. Bake under foil at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
6. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes til bubbly.
