Pumpkin Delight

Ingredients

  • 3 c canned pumpkin
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk (385 ml)
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/3 c melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix firsdt nine ingredients in a large bowl
Beat well
Pour into a 9x13 pan buttered
Sprinkle dry cake mix over top
Press into mixture untilmost of the cake looks dampened
Dish will be very full
Drizzle melted butter over the top
Could sprinkle on chopped nuts if wished
Bake at 350 for 45-60 min
Serve with or without whipped cream
