Ingredients
- 2 lbs Frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups of sour creamm
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup margarine melted & divided
- 2 cups chedar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Defrost potatoes. Mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Put into a greased three quart casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with remaining melted margarine. Put on top of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
