Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups of sour creamm
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup margarine melted & divided
  • 2 cups chedar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost potatoes. Mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Put into a greased three quart casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with remaining melted margarine. Put on top of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
