Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 C rice uncooked
  • 1 qt milk
  • 4 beaten egg yolks
  • 1 teasp vanilla
  • 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place milk in pot. When almost at boil, throw in rice. Let simmer and thicken.
2. Mix eggs, vanilla and sugar together.
3. Mix with rice, place in Pyrex dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake in 325* oven for 15-20 minutes.
