Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs lean hamburger
- 8 - 10 crushed crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- garlic salt
- parley flakes
- salt and pepper
- Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all meatball ingredients and roll into balls. Place in bottom of small roasting pan.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered for 1-1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
Makes enough sauce to put on rice.
