Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sprouted lentils
- handful fresh spinach leaves
- 1/3 c. water, as needed for consistency
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp tahini
- 1/6 avocado
- 1 tsp nama shoyu
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp coriander
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in food processor, adding more water if desired (to thin out). Serve with crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
