Calamari Tomato Sauce

  • 2 pounds cleaned calamari
  • 6 cups Tom Scorza's Basic Tomato Sauce (see recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and drain calamari; cut into thin rings. Simmer calamari in hot Basic Tomato Sauce over medium heat just until cooked through and opaque, 3 to 5 minutes. Ladle sauce over hot pasta.
