Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 4 tbs baking cocoa
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Beat with mixer. Mix dry ingredients altogether and then add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle top of batter with chocolate chips. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serve with whipped topping.
