Ingredients
- 16 oz box Penne Rigate pasta (cooked, drained)
- 1 1/2 lg green peppers (coarsely chopped)
- 1 lg can ripe olives (drained, sliced)
- 1 pkg grape tomatoes (washed, drained)
- 2 T chopped onion (optional)
- 2 pkgs crumbled Feta cheese
- Dressing
- 1/2 c light olive oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 T Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t Basil
- 1/2 c sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing thoroughly with a whisk. Pour over salad. Toss. Refrigerate. Keeps several days.
